Bonefish Grill is a "polished casual" seafood restaurant and is widely recognized as the "people who know fresh fish." Our fish is flown in and received fresh every morning, inspected for quality and then cut and weighed by hand. Every day, Bonefish offers a variety of 8 or more fresh fish to choose from, as well as a vast array of original sauces and toppings which customers can pair with the fish of their choice.

Bonefish Grill offers a substantial selection of hand-cut pork and beef, and freshly prepared pasta and chicken dishes, created with delectable touches such as garlic wine sauce, chevre goat cheese, wilted spinach, and prosciutto, to name a few.
